Scores season-high 27 points
Butler has endured a rough start to the season from a scoring perspective, but he bounced back admirably here and delivered a solid stat line. The veteran forward seems to be shaking off some of the early-season rust and has now scored over 20 points in three of his last five appearances, so fantasy managers should continue to trust him as a must-start player across all formats as long as he remains healthy.

Best game of season thus far
Larsson made the most of his opportunity Monday and posted a career-best mark in scoring, and this was also the first time he logged more than 20 minutes off the bench. Larsson is not going to assume a starting role any time soon, but he might be productive in deeper formats as long as he hovers around the 20-minute mark on a per-game basis.

Fills stat sheet Monday
The Heat came up short Monday in a thrilling contest, but Adebayo made his presence felt on both ends of the court with a dominant effort -- he recorded at least three tallies in each one of the five major categories while shooting at an efficient clip from the floor. Adebayo has endured a relatively slow start as a scoring weapon, as he's surpassed the 15-point mark in just two of his six contest, but the star big man will continue to deliver value in other areas. Fantasy managers should trust in the 27-year-old to eventually figure things out from a scoring perspective, because he's been very good in the other categories.

Late scratch
Love was initially left off the injury report, suggesting he was clear to make his season debut, but it appears the veteran will need a few days to regain his condition after being away from the team for an extended period. His next chance to suit up will come Wednesday in Phoenix.

Downgraded to out
Jaquez was a late addition to the injury report due to a stomach illness and will ultimately miss his first game of the season. He's averaged 25.2 minutes per game off the bench over his first five appearances. In Jaquez's absence, Kevin Love, who's cleared to make his season debut after missing time due to personal reasons, could enter the rotation, or Jaquez's missing minutes could be dished out over a few players, including Duncan Robinson, Alec Burks, Josh Richardson and rookie Pelle Larsson.
