Won't play against Chicago
Eason will miss the second leg of Saturday's back-to-back after starting in Houston's previous five outings. Jabari Smith, Cam Whitmore and Jae'Sean Tate are candidates to receive increased playing time in his absence. Eason's next chance to suit up is Monday's matchup with Philadelphia.

Season-high 30 points in easy win
On top of filling the box score, Eason set a new season-high scoring output Friday to lead the Rockets. Eason has averaged 15.2 points, 6.2 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.3 steals, 1.0 blocks and 1.7 three-pointers in 28.1 minutes through his last nine games. Although the 2022 first-rounder has regularly sat out one leg of Houston's back-to-back sets during the second half of the season, Eason should remain a strong source of defensive stats when available.

Sees garbage-time run in rout
Landale saw some extra playing time while playing the entire fourth quarter during Friday's easy win, but it was still just a pedestrian performance off the bench. Over his last eight appearances, Landale has averaged a mere 3.0 points, 2.3 rebounds and 0.4 assists in 11.1 minutes. The 29-year-old big man should continue carrying minimal fantasy appeal as long as Alperen Sengun is healthy.

Narrowly misses double-double
It was full stat line for Green, who fell just one rebound shy of what would have been his third double-double of the season. The star guard has averaged 20.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 1.0 steals and 3.3 three-pointers in 33.0 minutes over 12 games since the All-Star break, scoring in double figures in all but one of these appearances.

Team high in G League loss
McVeigh posted a team-high 26 points, marking his 12th outing with at least 20 points. The two-way swingman has received very little playing time with the parent club of late, and he is averaging 16.6 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.2 three-pointers across 31.5 minutes per game over 30 G League appearances.
